Patch Testing
A patch test is required 24–48 hours before every treatment, following the instructions supplied with the kit.
Do not use the treatment on broken, irritated or compromised skin.
Processing Times
Follow the stated processing times carefully.
Over-processing, incomplete removal of Step 1 or incomplete neutralisation with Step 2 can weaken the brow hair and may lead to breakage.
Step 1 must be removed fully using a damp cotton pad before Step 2 is applied.
Step 2 should be applied evenly and left on for the full instructed processing time.
When to Stop Treatment
If significant irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and follow the product safety guidance. Seek appropriate medical advice if required.
