FAQs

It is generally not recommended to use lash tint after application, as there is a chance that it could debond the glue, causing the lashes to fall out. It is therefore advisable to tint the lashes a day before the extensions are applied. If needed, here is a useful guide to the dos and don'ts of aftercare for lash kits and eyebrow lamination kits that you could follow!

These kits are not suitable for you if you have any of the following:

  • - chronically dry eyes
  • - conjunctivitis
  • - an active eye infection of any kind
  • - trichotillomania (compulsively pulling hair)
  • - if you have recently undergone chemotherapy (please wait at least one year after your last treatment)

Most people rush through the process, which is why their eyelashes do not lift properly. The two solutions that require extra attention and time are the fixation and perm lotions. If either of these is removed too soon, the lashes will not absorb its ingredients properly.

Just a heads-up: if your lashes are on the thick side, don't go overboard with the solution. This will ruin the lift.

Which eyelash pad did you choose? The lash pad is the foundation of the process. Feel free to experiment with different sizes, because the same size does not suit everyone.

It is important that you follow all the steps correctly and adhere to the specified exposure times.

If you continue to have problems, ask someone to help you the first time; the next time, you should be able to do it on your own.

Which lash pad did you choose? The lash pad is the foundation of the whole process. Feel free to experiment with different sizes, because one size does not suit everyone.

1. Thoroughly clean the pad and your eyelid.

2. Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of the eyelash pad. Leave it to dry for 30–60 seconds before sticking the pad to your eyelid.

3. Now, press the eyelash pad firmly onto your eyelid for 60–90 seconds.

If this does not hold, repeat steps 1 and 2, applying a thin layer of glue to both your eyelid and the back of the lash pad this time. If necessary, you can also apply some glue afterwards (e.g. if one corner of the pad does not stick).

Yes. It might seem tempting to skip this step, but it’s in your best interest to do so! Here is everything you need to know about patch testing for lash lifting and brow lamination.
