Refund policy
Items can be returned within 14 days if purchased online (in house no returns sold as seen) they are unused and unopened.
Bespoke & Limited-Edition Items (Including Christmas Calendars)
Please note that bespoke, made-to-order, personalised, or limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Christmas Calendars
Curated or pre-filled boxes
Custom bundles or items ordered specifically for a calendar or promotional launch
These products are assembled, allocated, or ordered upon payment specifically for your purchase and cannot be resold or reused once committed.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
The item arrives faulty, or
The incorrect item has been supplied
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.
By placing an order for a bespoke or limited-edition item, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Return shipping costs are the sender's responsibility.
Please note that liquids, adhesives, glues, primers, removers, sealants and similar products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
As these products are used in close-contact treatments and we cannot verify whether they have been opened, used, or contaminated once they have left us, we are unable to accept them back for change-of-mind returns.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Note that delivery fees, and duty and custom charges are non-refundable; for orders over £50 with free delivery, a postage, handling, and packaging fee will be deducted from the refund (for UK customers) or the equivalent shipping cost for international orders. If we encur any duty and custom fee charges for the return of the item(s) we will deduct this from your order value.
