Oh, we get this question all the time! But the answer isn’t straightforward. What works best for one person might not work as well for another. It really depends on a few things, like how long you’ve been lashing, how quickly you prefer to work, and the conditions in your workspace.

Now, when I mention your room conditions, I’m talking about the temperature and humidity. You should measure these with a hygrometer, placing it as close to your lash bed as possible—not on the wall or the side. Once you have those readings, you’re ready!

Check out the glue chart. The temperature and humidity listed are the ideal conditions for each glue, but don’t worry if your numbers are outside that range. The glue will still work; it just might act differently. For example, higher humidity or temperature can make the glue dry faster, while lower values will slow it down.

Many lash artists find that they need to switch between two different glues to adjust for seasonal changes. However we have found our Booster (which is a glue aid) has stopped the need for this.  And the days when their humidity is low and they are experiencing stickies they use their Booster prior to bonding for that immediate magnetic latch!   If you have any questions or need help picking a glue, feel free to reach out! We're here to help.
